STANSFIELD MILL

£2.95m 56 Weeks

Delivered 17 modern apartments on a challenging split-level mill site, including piled foundations, a transfer structure, and timber SIP frame, carefully integrated with traditional stone façades. Complex topography and restricted access required engineered foundations, precise sequencing, and coordination of modern construction with heritage materials—delivered safely and efficiently.

A new purpose-built facility alongside refurbishment works delivered upgraded changing rooms, welfare, and social spaces on a live community site. Structural alterations, roofing, drainage, M&E upgrades, and internal fit-out were carefully sequenced to keep operations running, tie seamlessly into the existing building, and provide facilities that meet RFU and ECB standards — improving both usability and long-term durability.
